We'll have a heart to heart about where you are in your wedding planning process and from there I'll customize the items you need to be set up for success. You'll receive a checklist of wedding tasks based on exactly where you are in the process and a customized planning budget to make smart spending decisions on your wedding day investment.
1. Initial Consult
Assistance with tackling all of your wedding planning related tasks. Everything you'll need to plan is located here in your site, but if you have trouble accessing anything or finding a resource, I'm here to assist.
2. Pre-Event Communications
This phase is where you will book all of your vendors in order of importance. If you are a full service client, I will assist in scheduling and negotiating contracts on your behalf during this phase.
3. Vendor Consults
If Event Design is included in your offerings, at this time we will collaborate to create your wedding vision. Once you provide final approval of the proposed event design, I will proceed with coordinating all efforts for delivery, setup and strike of your selections on the day of your wedding.
4. Design Consult
Now it's time to start tying everything together.
You will first take some time to complete your Day-Of Dossier. These files are crucial to our success so take your time and ask any questions as they come up.
Once those are complete I will set out to conduct confirmations with all of your vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page and prepared to execute services on the day of your event.
5. Confirmations
At this time we will invite a representative from the venue and catering staff to join us for a final walk through and review final head count as well as a confirmation of my understanding of everything included in your Day-of Dossier.
At the close of this meeting I will:
a. Share a final event timeline with vendors, a
b. Produce VIP Iteneraries for your wedding party and immediate family
c. Produce an event Abstract for Vendors to have what they need to execute the day-of
d. Create a Boss Bride Executive Summary to provide all SwaLaRue team members who will assist with the event.
6. Logistics Consult
It's your wedding weekend. The time has finally arrived. The actually rehearsal will only take about 30. min for me to orient your wedding party to where to stand and what to do. The rest of the day depends on if there are any dinner plans. After that it's time to rest up for the moment you've been waiting for.
